I've used the free version of this app for a year or so and have been very happy. Today I recognised it was causing me some site speed issues as I had not updated my usage settings to keep abreast of Shopify changes. With help from Konstantinos at Pandectes live support, I did that, and followed some recommendations he made, and my site speed improved remarkably!

The instructions were clear and concise, and I quickly knew what I should do to perfect my setup. They did a great job, especially Alex, who was very helpful.
It was really easy to install the app, and when I recently asked the customer service rep Alex to check to make sure that my store was compliant, he did it and then went the extra mile to give me some helpful setup suggestions. I wish everything about ecommerce was this easy!
We had a minor technical error, that we got immediate support with. Konstantinos was on the issue right away and fixed it in a matter of minutes – incredibly efficient and supportive.

I use the Pixel Integration from this GDPR Tool, but yesterday suddenly in some cases the app send the wrong data trough the pixel api. After i switch to the Consense Mode V2 the issue was gone. I report the issue, but looks like they are not able to fix it..

We'd like to clarify that our integration with the Pixel API is designed to utilize the consent event as intended by the platform. Any custom implementations built on top of that are beyond our responsibility and can sometimes lead to unexpected behavior.
