While the pricing isn't ideal, this isn't specific to Pandectes but applies to every truly GDPR-compliant app. The cheaper options are often just simple banner apps, some with integrated GCM, but that is far from sufficient. That's why I use Pandectes – it provides the comprehensive GDPR compliance that I need.
