A few days ago I reached out to customer service and I was assisted by Christos. He was very helpful, and went beyond merely answering my question by offering valuable, useful insight into my website which helped with the consent banner. I had tested another application to have a pop-up of cookies, I was not very happy with this one, I changed to "Pandectes GDPR Compliance" and I am not disappointed at all. Very good application, the settings are well organized, there are enough for a free plan, and above all, top support, Christos checked if my shop was GDPR compliant and gave me some very interesting advice. THANKS
