Been using the free package of this app for some years now. Just contacted support as required some clarification when I decided to update my settings - Christos, the support advisor, was very helpful and quick in addressing my questions.

The subject is complicated and I can say that Pandectes is very advanced and if you follow their instruction you'll be compliant. 100%.
As said to them, what I believe is still missing is a good and well tested package that solve the GDPR compliance issues and the GA4 analytics good data issues.
I mean, I need to be compliant and to have good enough data to know where my sales come from. I don't want to know if a client is blond and skinny, I just would like to know if a sale come from ADS or ORGANIC. After a year I am still in the darkness. This is a feedback because the 2 subjects are too related. I need a GDPR app to collect data. If my data are not very useful I could stop collecting them and I won't need a GDPR app anymore. So I believe someone very competent should put together the 2 things and create a cool new complete tool.

We just swaped from another cookie consent app to this one a few hours ago and don't regret a single second. We even upgraded our plan almost immediatly to $9, after we accidently get in contact with support. there is a button called "Check compliance" and we thought this is just to do a simple check about our settings but instead a support member just got in contact with us and checked our store. He found a few problems that of which we knew nothing until now and most important fixed it without any charge. Based on this experience, we can recommend everyone, explicitly in Germany, to use this APP. If you don't have much time or don't want to deal with all the regulations regarding the cookie policy, the support will definitely help you so that everything works. 5 Stars from our Site - very glad we found this.

Excellent application that makes it very easy to setup a GDPR-compliant store. Christos helped configure the settings and checked to ensure everything was compliant. Highly recommended.
We started using the free version and the needed to upgrade to premium to ensure compliance with GDPR laws in Germany. I have been in contact with Christos from the customer service for quite a while to get all the necessary information and implementation. Christos has been extremely helpful and even provided some tips on how to optimise the banner. On top, he implemented a custom rule for us to tackle the reCaptcha challenge. A brief search for cheaper alternatives has shown, that we would unlikely get a cheaper option. So we gladly stayed with Pandectes, knowing their customer service is best in class. Thank you very much @Christos & I recommend Pandectes!

After searching for an app to handle my compliance situation for the EU and US well for a looong time i ended up with Pandectes, which works really well and evenly important: Christos gives great support, explains the mechanics behind and gives you the rare feeling of a support really in depth knowing what they are talking about. Absolutely recommended!!
