I contacted support to check my store's Google services and consent setup. Ermis handled everything professionally and patiently. They asked the right diagnostic questions, requested the exact Shopify screenshots needed, and walked me through verifying the Google custom pixel permission and Simprosys consent settings. When Simprosys consent was disabled, Ermis stayed engaged while I enabled it and then rechecked the store.

Thanks to Ermis’s guidance my store is now correctly configured for Google Consent Mode V2 (Advanced) and confirmed GDPR-compliant, only strictly necessary cookies fire prior to consent. It works great. However, accessing data is a major issue - you can only export 10 rows at a time. Making it impossible to do any kind of analysis.
