I reached out to Christos from the Support Team, he was very supportive and fast in spotting some compliance issues on my web site. He explained few ways to fix them! I was really satisfied of the support I got.
We started using the free version and the needed to upgrade to premium to ensure compliance with GDPR laws in Germany. I have been in contact with Christos from the customer service for quite a while to get all the necessary information and implementation. Christos has been extremely helpful and even provided some tips on how to optimise the banner. On top, he implemented a custom rule for us to tackle the reCaptcha challenge. A brief search for cheaper alternatives has shown, that we would unlikely get a cheaper option. So we gladly stayed with Pandectes, knowing their customer service is best in class. I've checked a lot of apps for GDPR/Cookies compliancy and this is by far the best one! The App is extremely easy to use and quick to implement!
I especially love the LIVE Help option that is available.
I contacted the online Help for any Changes and I have never seen a company work so fast in such a short time, Nikos solved my problems in just a few minutes, without making further adjustments, just what I wanted!

For us, GDPR Compliance is really important. We were working this 2023 Q1 on adjusting some of our cookies and 3dr party services, but we didn't realize this would impact our users. In the end, we contacted app support, who guided us through the app settings in order to set our store for compliance.
The paid plans totally worth it because they automate all the processes of accepting/rejecting cookies for us. And much more.
Highly recommended if you sell in the US, EU, or Worldwide.

A comprehensive solution for a value cost. The app was extremely easy to install and customize.

After searching for an app to handle my compliance situation for the EU and US well for a looong time i ended up with Pandectes, which works really well and evenly important: Christos gives great support, explains the mechanics behind and gives you the rare feeling of a support really in depth knowing what they are talking about. Absolutely recommended!!
