I had a great support from Christos today !!
Christos contactes me and offered his assistance. He replied to everything very quickly and gave excellent guidance and very good recommendations.
I managed together with Christos to make my new website GDPR compliant within few minutes.
Using this app and the service is apparently great and can make your live easy with the GDPR compliance.

I recently started using the "Pandectes GDPR Compliance" application, and I must say that I am impressed with the level of support provided by their customer service team. Specifically, Christos from the customer support team has been incredibly helpful in assisting me with all my needs in setting up the application.

Whenever I had questions or encountered any issues, Christos promptly responded and ensure that I had a seamless experience. Their extensive knowledge of the application and GDPR compliance regulations made the process much easier for me.

We started using the free version and the needed to upgrade to premium to ensure compliance with GDPR laws in Germany. I have been in contact with Christos from the customer service for quite a while to get all the necessary information and implementation. Christos has been extremely helpful and even provided some tips on how to optimise the banner. On top, he implemented a custom rule for us to tackle the reCaptcha challenge. A brief search for cheaper alternatives has shown, that we would unlikely get a cheaper option. So we gladly stayed with Pandectes, knowing their customer service is best in class. We have been using this app for quite a while, as it is quite simply the best we have found for GDPR compliance. Support is absolutely top-notch as well; a big thank you to Christos, who was very helpful and polite, going through our settings to ensure everything was correct and was very patient in the areas I was unsure about.

We installed this app because our old cookie solution slowed down our page. Not only is this solution cheaper but the functionalities are bigger and the support is simply amazing. Christos has helped me with compliancy and I am very happy we made the switch.
