Really good. I was sent a prompt to check the app after I did a theme update and I reached out to support who were really quick to respond and then suggested a few tweaks I wasn't aware of to help decrease my Decline rate. Excellent and one happy customer!

Very flexible and powerful app. Data laws and cookie banners are complex of course, and they're still complex even with a good app. But the Pandectes support is where they shine. Lots of handholding. Lots of explaining. They take their time, so you get it right without losing your mind :)

The thing I don't like about this app is when you publish a new theme (even though it's a copy of your current theme where you have the banner installed) you need to publish it again. But had a lovely experience with Alex today who helped me check if the banner is back on and also gave me a few extra very useful tips about the banner so I greatly appreciate it and therefore give 5 stars. Recently, I've contacted the customer service upon an email from themselves recommending to re-check configuration. Natalie and Konstantinos helped me to do so and make necessary changes with the configurations. Extremely efficient and quick support served, appreciate their assistance.

Not sure how much this App is really still needed with the new native privacy features but the support guy Ermis was super nice and helped me with an edge case for Switzerland.

The GDPR compliance and Google consent mode V2 were a bit overwhelming at first. But the instruction videos and the support team helped me set everything up correctly. Especially the final check, together with Konstantinos, the support assistant, gave me the confidence that I don't have to look at this again.
