Great customer support. Especially Natalie!

Support is what makes it. Marios answered in minutes while I was debugging why a third-party widget wouldn't load for visitors who declined cookies. His answer was essentially "that's not us, and no whitelist will fix it" — the honest answer rather than the convenient one. It stopped me from changing settings that would have broken my compliance. Thanks Marios.

Installing the app and making sure it is doing what I want it to do is involved but with the help of Natalie, Konststantinos and Ermis and their endless patience and understanding, they helped me to get the app tuned into exactly what I needed. Fully compliant, even in CA! I would recommend this app!

Besonders gefällt mir das Tracking innerhalb der App, um zu erkennen, aus welcher geographischen Region die Besucher kommen - ohne Wechsel in Analytics o.ä.

The app works wonderfully! It took very little time to setup and after doing further testing, works great. We had to make some custom configurations to block additional items and Konstantinos was of great help.

I was setting up consent on a multi-language Shopify Markets store (two domains, two default languages) and ran into a tricky banner localization issue. Ermis was patient, knowledgeable, and got straight to the point — the store-locale detection option solved it exactly as he said it would.

Excellent as always. We use Pandectes on 2 other stores. Works perfectly with Consent Mode v2, simple to install and configure; clean and professional front end UX and superb support / installation checking. Reccomended.

I’ve only been using the app for a short time, but my experience so far has been really positive. Setup was straightforward, and the app integrates nicely without affecting the store experience.

I also want to thank Ermis for the support - very fast, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. It’s always great to see a team that genuinely cares about helping merchants.
