Everything in this app is perfectly streamlined. It is very easy to use, and helped my page so much! Initially, i was having an issue where my cookie consent banner was blocking my website header, but Christos walked me through every step, and had very helpful recommendations as to what i should change to make my website perfect. GREAT and Quick SUPPORT
The app works great and has quite a few options to customize the design. Very noteworthy is the fast personal support, in my case from the very friendly Christos.
Without much expectation, I clicked the button which sends an automated message to support asking them to check the store for compliance.
An employee (Christos) then contacted me, who not only checked my store, but also immediately made all the necessary settings and also sent suggestions for improvement!
Customer service at 100%! This app is a no-brainer - install, subscribe - briefly write to support - and you are done and sleep easy as far as data protection laws are concerned! :)
Wir sind von Usercentrics zu Pandectes gewechselt, nachdem durch das Shopify Spring update die meisten Statistiken in Shopify nicht mehr funktionierten. Der Wechsel lief problemlos, Pandectes integriert sich zudem sehr viel nativer in die Shopify Umgebung und wird von unseren sonstigen Trackingtools viel besser unterstützt. Der Support ist sehr schnell und hilfreich.
Great app! It was super easy to integrate into my Shopify Store. Furthermore, the Customer support - his name was Christos - was extremely helpful. He gave me further tips on how to improve my Store to be fully GDPR compliant.
