the app works perfectly. i had an issue with the cookie banner, so I reached out to the team. and the service was very professional and responsive. although the process took a pretty long time, but the team was always very patient. I appreciate the app and the help from Pandectes.
Ales from the Support Team of Pandectes was very helpful and has great CSS skills. I had an issue with the banner wasn't visible on mobile browsers and I can't figure out myself. So, he helped through his skills resolve that problem and now it is visible on narrow devices. I really appreciate his help. Thank you very much!

To clarify, your message came in on Sunday at 5:22 p.m., and although we strive to respond as quickly as possible even on weekends, our reply was sent almost 3 hours later the same day. The chat system does indicate that we typically respond within a minute, which reflects our average response time, but this can vary, especially on weekends when we have fewer operators available.

This is a fantastic app If you want to keep your Shopify site in compliance with all the new US state and worldwide privacy regulations. The support is amazing. Christos tested my setup and helped me fix all the settings that I had overlooked. I highly recommend Pandectes GDPR Compliance.
A really good app with an easy-to-use interface and many customization options and integrations (Google consent mode V2, Facebook pixel, Klaviyo). Their support team is fantastic—always very responsive and helpful. This app’s honestly a lifesaver. It’s a relief knowing that we are fully GDPR compliant, without having to spend hours researching and implementing these things on our own.
