Great features, it does what it says on the tin, also great support from the team, they have gone above and beyond!
Christos, was brilliant!
First he helped to check if we were compliant and then helped to set up everything properly.
Some back-end customisation was required which he also did.

We have moved to Pandectes as we wanted a CMP which was built for Shopify and compatible with the Shopify Pixels implementation. The configuration is very easy and offers a wide range of possibilities, depending on the plan. You can be up and running in 20 minutes and customise the UI for your shop quite nicely. The Pandectes team with Panos and Christos is extremely helpful and always available, even when it becomes tricky with Shopify Pixels and Google Tag Manager. They have great insights into user acceptance, which allowed us to optimise the cookie banner. After testing it for 2 weeks, we're now rolling it out to our other shops. We made the right choice !
Very easy to use app, google consent mode v2 compatible and with great customisation options. Thanks also to Christos in support, who was very helpful with my questions, highly recommended!

Not only does the app exactly what it should do, but also Christos gives the best support you can expect. Write him a message and you will receive an answer in no time. Tuesday morning, sunday evening... did not make a difference. Great customer service and now we have the perfect cookie banner!

I've searched and tried various apps to help me with compliance for the various privacy and data protection laws around the world. I have to say Pandectes GDPR is probably one of the best on the market. Even with the free plan you have sufficient tools to avoid non-compliance and the consequences that come with that.
My compliance Agent Christos has been very helpful in not just helping me through the process but also recommending smart suggestions to enhance the customer experience on my website no matter where they come from. I have overall found my interactions with Pandectes GDPR agents to be excellent, they don't push upgrades, you just feel like they want to help you succeed.
