After getting the privacy banner setup, I clicked the a button to review my shop for GDPR compliance. This connected to live chat with a representative named Christos, who acknowledged my request and asked for a few moments to review. After a minute or two, he returned with some follow-up questions and recommendations to improve the experience. Very much appreciated and good to know that my shop at GamrGrrlz.com meets the privacy needs going forward!

But let's get to the point of your review. Our application provides different banner modes and based on them there is a different behaviour to the cookies of you store. This means that the mode you selected was not strict. In order to initially block non strictly required cookies until user gives consent you need to select the on of the "Decline-Only", "Accept/Decline" or the "Custom" modes.

I was originally on the free plan as I thought that was all I required. Having seen issue with my google ads reporting and shopify analytics not reporting the same numbers I leaned that my cookie banner and gdpr was not set up correctly but also to have the features I required I needed to upgrade my plan.
I got in touch and was greeted by Konstantinos who was literally 5 star.
he set up my banner to function better but also made sure everything was gdpr complaint for google and that tags etc were all reporting as should be.
This was vital as I needed to correctly track and report my ad campaigns.
Everything was done in less than 10 minutes and Konstantinos was extremely helpful.
