This was everything we needed for GDPR compliance and very helpful in-app support. Very easy to customise to any level.

Easy to install and set up. The team is very knowledgable and responsive on chat. So far, a great experience.
Support was extremely responsive and helpful in optimizing the appearance and function of the app for our store.
We use Pandectes GDPR Compliance app on our store, and so far our experience has been great. The app provides you with all the features you need to stay in compliance with the consent policies.
Christos in the support chat was super helpful reviewing our site within minutes and even gave some very useful tips to optimize the service beyond the basics. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) we are almost beyond the stage where a simple free banner is enough to comply with GDPR ++. And this service is highly recommended so you can spend your time on more important things to keep growing your store. Loading the popup slows down loading times a bit, so keep that in mind.
I've only had the app for a few days but so far it seems great. The banner is user friendly and quite easy to set up. Had some minor problems at first with cookie classification (one of the necessary cookies was in the wrong category by default), but quickly received reply to my questions from support.
