This app works really stable and is managed by a great helpful team.
I just added the app on our shop. I was scrolling around to see its features, clicked by mistake on 'check compliance' thinking it would be a link to some compliance website.
Instead, it opened to the chat. Konstantinos checked the compliance for me, jumped in as collaborator to make the necessary adjustments and modified the banner for the best optimization.
What to say, I was expecting a couple of hours dealing with the setup, and now I can sip tea because it's all done. Shout-out to the great customer support!

The installation was very easy and Christos was very helpful in checking that the banner and consent mode was installed correctly.
He even gave some good advice on improving approval ratings.
Previously, I tried to use uibenda's GDPR banner, but I failed due to the difficult installation and poor step-by-step instructions.
Pandectes has been great so far! Christos was fast and efficient in helping us set up the cookies and privacy policies. Great app, even better support.
