Christos was extremely helpful, patient and pleasant! He helped me with all of my issues, suggested some very helpful things for me, which was great, especially as a business owner very new to this. Christos guided me through the entire process and answered any questions I had too :)
New to Shopify, but not new to GDPR and I tried a few of the so called GDPR apps here and most of them didn't suite my needs, are too expensive or don't block or do anything at all. Pandectes app is the first app, which has a nice and clean look and feel and with the first look at it, one can see they know what they are doing. But it is not only the app, I had a short question about the plans, and Christos answered within seconds and checked my shop during the chat to be sure I am compliant. So I really recommend that app to everyone who operates from the EU. Thanks Christos for your help!

Not only does the app exactly what it should do, but also Christos gives the best support you can expect. Write him a message and you will receive an answer in no time. Tuesday morning, sunday evening... did not make a difference. Great customer service and now we have the perfect cookie banner!

Nikos helped me with all my open action points. I already had setup some first steps but a few were missing which he helped me with! :)

Some back-end customisation was required which he also did.
