I was having a hard time with setting up my password protect page on Shopify - the default cookie banner doesn't work on that page! Never fear, Pandectes GDPR compliance app to the rescue!
I was able to install the app, customise it, display it very quickly!
Top tip - check the live version - the banner was not appearing in my shopify theme, but is there on the live version.
Natalie from their support team was super helpful - she was able to put my mind at ease and checked it for me. She also gave me the snipppet of code to place in the password.liquid file to get updates appearing there ({% render 'pandectes-rules' %} - pop it just under the tag. She even waited in the chat until I had the PDF uploaded - privacy policy page won't show when the site is password protected - and reminded me to change it when I go live :) Thanks, Natalie!

This is an exceptionally comprehensive app and Natalie from the support team did a fantastic job getting 3 of our sites compliant.
I would very much recommend it for a fail safe solution.

While I cannot say anything about the app, as my shop has not launched yet, the support is fast and fantastic! We dealt with a Shopify access request issue, and Natalie never lost a beat.
Everything was solved and cleared with competence and a good dosage of humor. I could not have asked for more.

It is a very helpful and intuitive app - instructions on setting things up on their YT channel. Customer support is quick and responsive.
