Support is what makes it. Marios answered in minutes while I was debugging why a third-party widget wouldn't load for visitors who declined cookies. His answer was essentially "that's not us, and no whitelist will fix it" — the honest answer rather than the convenient one. It stopped me from changing settings that would have broken my compliance. Thanks Marios.
Installing the app and making sure it is doing what I want it to do is involved but with the help of Natalie, Konststantinos and Ermis and their endless patience and understanding, they helped me to get the app tuned into exactly what I needed.
