The app is extremely buggy and not working 100%. I mean when you just set it up and leave it alone it can work. But i.e. if you have enabled the fingerprint icon, you have no chance to disable it again. Disabling in the setting has no effect. Additionally when you set the language it often reverts back to english, but it seems only in the settings, not on the banner. I also tried to deinstall it, it don't removes itself the added snippet files, so I removed them manually. Then I wanted to try a clean reinstall, but it seems the app recognizes that is was installed in the past and don't add the snippet files again in the theme directory. So a clean reinstallation is also not possible, because the files are missing and the app don't recreate it. In the end I gave up, it is too buggy that I would feel safe with it. I was not interested to fiddle around with the support to fix the basic functionality of the app. There are other apps which are better integrated and working flawless from the beginning.
It is sad, because it would be a cheap solution for the GDPR cookie banner.

Sehr langsame Reaktionszeiten seitens des Supports, Ich warte seit Monaten auf eine Lösung. Die App funktioniert aktuell nicht zuverlässig. Über andere Shopify-Apps eingebundene Pixel wie z.B. das TikTok Pixel, Facebook Pixel & Pinterest Pixel (über jeweils die "offizielle" App aus dem Store) funktionierten mit der App nicht zuverlässig und Events werden entweder gar nicht gefeuert bzw. nur bei Erstbesuch der Seite. Sobald der Nutzer die Einstiegsseite wechselt (z.B. von Home auf Product), dann werden diese Drittanbieterskripts nicht mehr nachgeladen. Somit ist es eine wahre Geldverbrennungsmaschine für PaidAds im Zusammenhang mit dem Conversion-Tracking, welches dadurch nicht zuverlässig möglich ist.

Wenn die App funktioniert ist sie ok und zeigt alle Cookies richtig, aber auch nur wenn!
Einstellungen werden nur mit Glück gespeichert und obwohl der Fingerprint deaktiviert ist wird der trotzdem angezeigt. Aktuell wird der Cookie Banner nicht richtig angezeigt, sondern nur der Teil vom Footer und blockiert somit meinen Shop und der Link zum Kontaktformular verweist auf eine 404 Seite obwohl das Kontaktformular vorhanden ist.
In den Einstellungen ist nichts zu finden und das ist genau das, was man am Wochenende haben möchte.

Ich hatte in meinem anderen shop schon die probleme. habe sie in dem shop immernoch. Nun habe ich einen 2. neuen shop, und wieder das selbe problem. Immer kommen Fehlermeldungen auf meiner Webseite. 'Liquit error..' und alles. immer nur wenn ich die app benutze. Das fuckt mich echt ab. Denn ich habe Kunden, und wenn die das sehen, denken sie die seite ist fake und kaufen nicht.
