Trotz anfänglicher Schwierigkeiten ist es mit Abstand die beste App im Bereich Cookie Banner, welche es für Shopify gibt. Der Entwickler der App selber hat uns geholfen ein Problem im Zusammenhang mit der App zu lösen. Er hat sich zudem extra die Zeit genommen und mit uns einen 1 Stündigen Video Call gemacht um uns alle Funktionen der App ausführlich zu erklären. Wir sind begeistert. Für uns kommt kein anderer Cookie Banner mehr in Frage. Es ist der einzige der die DSGVO Maßnahmen so umsetzt wie es vorgeschrieben ist und die Daten an Drittanbieter auch wirklich erst weitergibt, wenn der Kunde sein Einverständnis gegeben hat!

Hey, ich hatte zuerst eine 1-Sterne Bewertung geschrieben, weil die App nicht funktioniert hat. Daraufhin hat sich direkt ein Ansprechpartner bei mir gemeldet und mir erklärt, dass es an Shopify's neuem Update liegt und nicht an der App. Sie haben mir auch direkt geholfen und die App für mich installiert.Ich kann diese App nur empfehlen, da ich sie bereits in anderen Shops verwendet habe. Vor allem durch die einfache Bedienung und die vielen Funktionen hat sie mich überzeugt. Ich hatte zuvor andere Apps ausprobiert, die wesentlich teurer waren, nicht aus Deutschland kamen und deren Oberfläche zu kompliziert war. Auch der Support hat mich positiv überrascht, da mir direkt geholfen wurde, als ich ein Problem hatte. Falls du noch überlegst, diese App zu nutzen, kann ich sie dir wirklich empfehlen.

In addition, the app is extremely easy to set up and can be flexibly adapted to your own shop design (colours, fonts, texts, links, size, position and buttons). Just perfekt. Being located in Germany, we need to be GDPR compliant. This app solves the issue really easy and legally safe, unlike several others we had checked. Easy to install, and support is very helpful. We had a small issue due to a mistake we made. The support corrected that on its own within very short delay. Clear recommendation!

Top App, sehr preiswert und der Support hilft schnell und effektiv! Hatte aufgrund eines externen Themes (Yanka) Probleme, wurden sofort behoben.

Today, Jan.11.2023, it's my real pleasure to add another review and evaluation on the GDPR App by Beeclever: Beginning of the year, we received a call from Dennis, who proposed us to start another trial on the performance of their App in our shop. Dennis emphasized, that he would like to start a new relationship with us, since he would be convinced, that the GDPR App would function well, fast and without any reduction of speed and load time in our shop. Furthermore he was convinced, that their App would perform better in terms of required compliance with European regulation.
So we accepted Dennis offer and changed back to their App!
Today I am pleased about the call, we received from Dennis and the performance of the App and the service we have received so far from Beeclever: The installation was really easy and fast done, the support in adjusting some minor changes in CSS was very fast and Dennis and colleagues adjusted our wishes in a perfect way. The App does not slow down the loading time of our shop. Overall the performance and service are just great and thus: It's my pleasure to adjust my review and evaluation for this App and the company had developed this App! Thus: thank you, Dennis for your initiative to call us and offering a new start over.

Definitiv die beste GDPR App auf dem Markt! Als einzige wirklich rechtskonform und blockiert auch wirklich alle Cookies, die nicht akzeptiert wurden. Und das alles mit sehr geringem Aufwand bei der Implementierung. Großes Lob auch an Alexander vom Support. Er hat uns wirklich sehr schnell bei jedem kleinen Problem helfen können. Für die Zukunft wären Funktionen zum Customizen des Cookie Banners noch sehr hilfreich :)
