Bin voll und ganz zufrieden. Super Support: Auf meine Anfrage antwortete der Support sehr schnell und hilfreich.

Ich hatte zuerst mit dem Customizer ein kleines Problem, diese wollte sich bei mir nicht öffnen, am Abend um 21.00 Uhr eine Mail an den Support geschrieben und innerhalb 15 min. auch meine Lösung erhalten. Wirklich Klasse support, nette kommunikation und eine tolle App. Habe bisher mehrere probiert und diese war die am unkompliziertesten ordentlich funktionierte.

Nach kurzer Recherche bin ich auf diese Cookie Lösung gestoßen, weil ich für mein Shop etwas umfangreiches und professionelles suchte. Und ich wurde vollkommen zufrieden gestellt. Der Umfang ist definitive besser als bei den meisten anderen Apps und professionell. Es ist jedem gut beraten diese App Lösung zu benutzen. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten und alles funktioniert ohne Probleme oder Bugs. Die App ist auch auf Deutsch und vorgeschrieben (läasst sich textlich auch umschreiben) also Installieren, Designe anpassen und los geht es. Ich kann jedem diese Cookie App wärmstens empfehlen und der Support reagierte auch schnell auf meine Anfragen um genau zu sein nach kurzer Zeit. Von mir aus eine klare Empfehlung!

The app is extremely buggy and not working 100%. I mean when you just set it up and leave it alone it can work. But i.e. if you have enabled the fingerprint icon, you have no chance to disable it again. Disabling in the setting has no effect. Additionally when you set the language it often reverts back to english, but it seems only in the settings, not on the banner. I also tried to deinstall it, it don't removes itself the added snippet files, so I removed them manually. Then I wanted to try a clean reinstall, but it seems the app recognizes that is was installed in the past and don't add the snippet files again in the theme directory. So a clean reinstallation is also not possible, because the files are missing and the app don't recreate it. In the end I gave up, it is too buggy that I would feel safe with it. I was not interested to fiddle around with the support to fix the basic functionality of the app. There are other apps which are better integrated and working flawless from the beginning.
It is sad, because it would be a cheap solution for the GDPR cookie banner.

Wir haben sehr lange nach einer umfassenden und rechtskonformen Lösung gesucht. Diese hier scheint derzeit die einzige zu sein, die allen Anforderungen gerecht wird! Die Integration funktionierte schnell und reibungslos.

Einstellungen im Banner-Editor gehen immer wieder verloren, eine Personalisierung der Maske mit eigenem Logo ist schier unmöglich. Ich werde ein anderes Cookie-Tool verwenden.

You cannot personnalise it, not even the font it looks nothing like the presentation. It's an ugly fat pop up on your site and it does not even save properly the customisation you add to it.
