Gelato - Customer support at it's best!
I really never experienced any help like I got from Gelato! The support team is REALLY listening to you and they do their absolute BEST to help you with your problem AND also listen to you when you speak about improvements they could implement! Did I tell you they work fast also? Because they really do! I'm happy to be with you! Keep up the GREAT work <3

Great support from the team - very competitive pricing and the shipping time is also very fast as they reduce the carbon footprint. I haven't had any issues so far but hoping to see more product availability / full stock. Highly recommend trying them out!

These guys are amazing, i mentioned to them that they need a mock-up generator, and they had it built within a few weeks - what differentiates them from the competition is their ability to work with you directly and truly understand your needs to help you thrive

I tried a few print-on-demand platforms and decided to stick with Gelato for my poster store. The website is easy to use and their support team is the best. The app integrates smoothly with Shopify. Good quality and fast delivery. And their transparency in prices and shipping rates really help me in setting up the pricing

i tried other print on demand companies as well but so far Gelato is the best. The quality of the prints and the materials much more better than the others. Also print on tote bags doesn't disappear after the first wash like i had in the other companies, it is still the same after washing many times. Order process is easy to manage, shipping is fast, the way the packages arrive is great, the customer service is amazingly helpful. i am so happy of working with gelato.

Working with Gelato as our fulfillment partner has been an absolute pleasure. Their fully hands-off fulfilment has allowed our business to grow smoothly. I'm able to use my time for product development, marketing and planning, rather than fussing over fulfillment every day. Their localised production means we were able to seamlessly expand from Europe to the US without any heavy lifting on our end. The customer service is top notch (I haven't had to wait more than a minute to reach an agent). If you're looking for a print-on-demand partner, I have no hesitations in recommending Gelato.
