Unfortunately after 2 weeks of trying to resolve a problem with my store, I am giving up to find a new merch supplier and will need to refund my customers.
I've not had any real attempt to resolve my problem as far as I can tell. I've had at least 5 or 6 emails saying sorry it is taking so long after I needed to reach out for follow-up, but nothing else. It's disappointing because it seems the majority of users have had good experiences with this app and it seems to have great products, but unfortunately I will never be able to experience them it seems.

Im still developing my store. I have not published it yet but the experience has been good so far except for the limited styles and colors available in the tshirt styles ive chosen

3D viewer is good for designing products.
'Gelato' seems to want to take over your store though even though I didn't tell it to. It imports products from other vendors/sources and wants to control them itself. VERY annoying. Customer support was useless about it. I selected 'Ignore' on all other products and yet they're still there.

Gelato is very user friendly the intergration to Shoplfy was easy I love its so all in one. I'm not tech savvy and know nothing about e commerce or Pod .but Gelato and Shopify has made it easy and enjoyable to learn

I've tried a few POD services. Gelato is really fast. The software is nice to use and they have 24/hr support.
I did encounter an issue with shipping cost, took some time, but was eventually fixed and I got a good thank you for reporting the bug.
Some products (tshirts/hoodies) do have multiple brands, so would be a nice feature request to split those up in seperate products. If I a certain brand, then I want it for a reason, now it sometimes says : Sport Tek ST350, Gildan 42000, Stedman ST8000, Just Cool JC001 . Which one will be sent depends on stock and how fast. But sometimes print qualities on 1 brand is better than the other.
