Really enjoying working with Gelato. We made the switch in Jan this year having used Printful for a year previously and have been very happy with the move. Speed of service is great and printing in local countries post brexit is a real plus for us! Customer service and account management has been excellent

Finally a product that claims to be "an integration", which is a REAL integration: you don't have to go crazy with the worry of double-checking everything every time you load a product. You just load it up and ... Forget it: it's ready to go. For us it was hilarious to use Gelato: I contacted customer support not to ask them for guidance and support (the knowledge base is complete on this) but every time to get confirmation on things like "Is it REALLY enough to do such simple operations? here? Really really? " Using Gelato makes us feel like children in the land of toys every time.

Thy seem to listen and take things serious. It might not be they implement new things right away, but things do take time and some things can not be done overnight. Since the last review, they have upped there game and there support is still really good, as its always been.
I have not had any issues in a good while with quality, actually the quality seems to be really good again. Shipping time is okay, I would love it to be faster, but who wouldnt? Atm. the shipping time looks more than reasonable.
The Pricing is good, and in most/many cases better than competion.
The gelato app/system has gotten faster and much better. though still room for improvement. But overall its good.
What I like is there respon on new ideas and that they actually want you to succed as a business. They wont do the hard work for you, but they do want to help as much as they can.
And also it does seem that they do take it serious that the print companies they partned with has to live up to some high standards. The ones that in the past made som real bad things etc. I dont get them anymore (maybe the are kciked out again?
Again, it does seem they do want to learn from there mistakes and make it right and better.

Once good but not now!!
where to start... Gelato has many good ideas. But Quality in many cases are not that good sadly. Seen better for sure, but its still in the range of okay
When i first started out, i changed from printful, as there prices was starting to get to high (only problem I had really)
and Gelato seemed okay on there prices and did offer an okay product range.
The first orders I had, no issues, thoug not the fastest shipping.
Now every order is made, and tracking number is made, the products sits for 1-2 weeks before it get shipped... WTF and thats not normal at all, make the product and ship it. Its not that hard at all
And dont give me the crap about uh peak times. If you cant handle peak times, maybe just stop what your doing.
You should for sure look into some of your printers, alot of them are NOT up to standard.
The Support has always been really good. Now it all depends what agent you get. Some agents are simply put, just lazy, dont know what they are doing/talking about. So support is a question of luck to recieve good or bad support
Its all good you sometimes reimburst orders thats not made, but that doesnt help against loosing customers in our end.
I can sadly NOT at all recommend Gelato in current state
I will most likely go back to printful or begin to make most products myself (As I do have a B2B print company)

I always believe a business should be judged on how it handles and resolves problems and not just on it's products. A company that is willing to go the extra mile, adapt and be willing to admit to a customer that it needs time to resolve an issue, is in my books a company that I will gladly do business with.
I had a technical issue with one of Gelatos services and one that could have potentially hurt my business. The Gelato support team were fantastic in recognising this, acting immediately and going as far as to contact me on a weekend to discuss how they were fixing the problem and what they were willing to do to not only help me but ensure my business's reputation was not negatively affected. From the agents on the live chat right up to the senior management that contacted me, I am extremely grateful for the exceptional level of professionalism you showed me and also impressed with how you went about handling this technical fault. I can with confidence, and certainly will, recommend Gelato to anyone looking for a printing business. I will also add this, that should somehow you reach a problem or find a fault, contact customer support and know that they are literally doing their best to rectify it for you.

Gelato has very high-quality products for print on demand, a very simple interface, and simple and transparent ordering Now I work with gelato for more than 6 months as a drop shipper in a mug shop. I have to admit that gelato has very high-quality cups and their print is really very high quality. The whole system with gelato from order to dispatch is very simple. Even the print settings are easy. Their support is very fast and if you need help they have professional people to help you. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a great service to print-on-demand items. I will definitely be working with them again.

Excellent app. I've been using this app for almost 2 years and have had one issue with setting up the bill payment of which was resolved immediately. For now I only use the wall art as they offer the upscale print options I was looking for, like acrylic glass, brush aluminum print, and more. The prints always turn out beautifully and delivery timing is every better.
