I would like to say thank you to gelato manager Kyle for helping me deal with a few issues I was having in the beginning. He reached out to me and went above and beyond to resolve the problems I were having as a first time customer. Even with a few hiccups I &felt the genuine care and I truly appreciate taking the time out and helping me have a better experience. So, I needed to change my past review from last time.
I chose this site because of the great reviews, the products, and especially the neck label layout for their T-shirts. I’ve been looking for a company that I could be comfortable working with and I believe that this maybe the best choice. My shirts arrived in a timely fashion and they came out great! Can’t wait for my next batch to arrive. I’m satisfied. My only suggestion is that the customer service team gets better with understanding and knowing how to resolve issues better. Overall, I think this is a good start for your business.

I've been using this app to sell art prints and have been really enjoying it. The decentralized production model is something that I really love both from a cost/time savings standpoint but also it is so much better for the environment. The paper prints have always been fantastic, but I have had quite a few hiccups with metal prints along the way (my first order was a metal print and they sent me someone else's piece, the replacement had holes cut in it for acrylic prints. And a third order more recently had no mounts included). Each one was fully refunded and replaced very quickly, and my customers have so far had no problems like this whatsoever after a year of selling on here. TLDR: The idea behind this app is fantastic, the products are great, there may be a few hiccups but so far it has definitely been worthwhile.

Seamless and great integration. Makes it easy to create products in Gelato, and sync them to Shopify. A bit slow syncing, but not a huge problem.

In my opinion the best POD! The shipping time (in germany) is amazing! I just had some problems with some orders, but the support chat just fixed them really fast. Keep going guys, you're doing a great job :)

I've had great experiences working with the designing software and the fast integrations. They fulfill each order and ship them within the 10-day period that they state. Also, When I needed help, the customer service was outstanding. They always take the time to listen to you and your needs and stay patient for however long the calls or chats take. They never rush you. I highly recommend them.

First sale shipped after 24h of processing, mindblowing fast ! Amazing app for product customization etc... Super easy user interface and some of the best customer support I've ever experienced. I've had a bunch of difficulties getting the print colours right, but I think this was mostly due to oversights on my part.
A few things that would make these 5 stars shine even brighter would be:
The possibility to upload PDF ready prints for posters instead of having to use their own product designer tool (fewer steps, fewer potential mistakes). I'm currently using a workaround to achieve this.
Better mockups! I'm on Gelato Gold and must say that the mockups are more a Bronze kinda' deal, so I'm using Freepik premium mockups to achieve high quality.
The possibility to allow customers to choose shipping partners based on their preferences. Not exactly sure if you'd need a Shopify Plus account to achieve this,
but in any case it's trust building and should be possible.
A final ask.. would be more automation on the shipping and invoices part. I'd like to be kept up to date regarding delays and have invoices automagically sent to my billing system (could be as easy as forwarding to an email).
Anyway! All in all this is my first exposure to a print on demand service and I'm quite impressed with the tech, team and integration.
