Customer service has been a major disappointment. Products for product shoots were posted but never arrived being told that the products were sent. Some products have arrived damage, stained or with the wrong colours printed.
My store had its products disconnected due to a problem with Gelato and now I can no longer fulfill orders required. Now, I need to redesign more than 400 products because of this backend error by Gelato. It has almost crippled my business. Not happy at all - just disappointed all around.

Absolute garbage support, and as of the time of this writing Gelato has yet to return my call for help on a MAJOR ISSUE that is literally a LEGAL LANDMINE for their entire company. They INCREASED PRICES DRASTICALLY on a variety of items with ZERO COMMUNICATION. I only found this out by doing an internal audit and stumbling over it by accident. Many of my posters had shot up by more than 40% cost with NO email and NO announcement. Imagine how many countless were affected, and yet they go on with business as usual. This is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen, and if nothing gets resolved and no changes are made then that shows they have lost their desire to help anyone and have succumbed to total greed. It is shameful how absolutely sloppy with their business and clients who give them revenue they have become. Many of my products are also priced DIFFERENT PRICES even for the same thing, depending on when they were created, and the dashboard price actually is INCORRECT and shows a lower price than it actually is. A year ago (early 2025) you could talk to someone immediately in their chat. Now, consistently, you can NEVER get anyone and it's always "our team members are busy" and you have to chat with the chatbot, which even if it refers you to a real person -- that person never answers you back or takes weeks to respond. HORRIBLE and SHAME on you for such poor quality service!

I have only used Gelato for the calendars, but I have found them to be great products. They ship them packaged well and are very fast to respond to any issues. My customers love my calendars, and I am loving Gelato. I look forward to to trying new products soon!

This is a very good print on demand service its very high quality customers can live in peace once their wall art arrives because its high quality and beautiful I ordered a couple of pieces to see if I thought my customers would be happy and found myself happy!

I was so enthusiastic when I found you concept. I build up the products with many bright colors (which is the concept of my vision). Only to find out in all the many test orders I have placed that the colors that are marked available for the customer were not available. So I place the order, pay and minutes later I get the mail that these products are not available. This is frustrating for me. BUT I imagine how frustrating it can be for a costomer. He/she chooses carefully products they like and then they can´t receive the order. They will never set foot again there.
The only thing that works perfectly are water bottles. They are delivered within 2 days, that´s why I give you 2 stars.
I WOULD HAVE DREAMT SO MUCH TO GIVE YOU A 5 STAR REVIEW.....

Works mostly Really good. The mockup never really seems to be centred when I'm building a shirt. Maybe the way the T's are photographed for the website. Other than that its seamless.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS GOOD, IF THERE ARE ANY PRODUCTS THAT IS OUT OF STOCK SHOULD FIX THAT, BECAUSE I'LL HAVE MY CUSTOMERS WONDERING WHERE THE ITEMS ARE, THEN OUT OF NOWHERE YOU GUYS SAY, OH THAT'S OUT OF STOCK, WHEN IT SHOULD'VE BEEN MITIGATED EARLIER.

So far my experience has been great. I would recommend, easier than most other POD apps.
The only thing I recommend is making the DPI warning clearer during upload and allowing different DPI options for various print sizes when adding products to stores.
For example, when I was uploading an A4 file, it initially said 150 DPI was required. After updating the file, it changed to 300 DPI, then went back and forth between giving incorrect advice, which was confusing.
It would also be great if the mockups could be improved. They are quite small and do not realistically show what the final product looks like.

Just started my business and already sold five shirts the quality choices are great so many options and they responded to me pretty reasonably timing. Quality of the print was amazing. I love the name, gelato So far everything is Okie dokie Very new business not really advertising yet but it will be fun To see it grow and offer more products through this Company
