Avoid them if you can.

+ Decent quality products.

- If you face any issues (which I have faced multiple) don't expect support to be of any help; they'll give an empty apology then avoid what you're saying.
- Their delivery isn't reliable since they don't control their network well; I've had customers place orders weeks ago and they still haven't been delivered.
- Their design tool is very clunky; it's failed to save my designs costing me hours of work, and it's generally difficult to navigate.

Gelato solves all the difficult parts I had with my business. Now, I don't have any thing to manage related to logistic.

Good quality products, worldwide delivery and relatively fast customer service. However the order platform is somewhat buggy and prices for product tend to be increased with short notice (or even no notice).

I ordered 7 products and was charged for 15. I contacted customer service twice in the last two weeks and was told that it’s been escalated. UPDATE February 22nd: Gelato has gone over and beyond to help resolve this issue and has assured me that this was a one-time glitch in their system.

The technical issues you experienced are due to a routing mistake. Even though this is taking time for us to resolve, we recognize that we should have refunded any additional charges the same day you reported the issue. We have now improved our customer service process based on your feedback.

Additional charges applied for your order are now refunded.

We have also reached out to you separately to assist further to turn around your experience.

Finding the limitations of sizing designs is not very competitive to other sources. The 150 DPI is making the design to small. The DTG is falling short of the expected color.
