I am extremely frustrated with Gelato's customer service and the reliability of their app. Despite advertising 24/7 assistance, their automated chat box is completely unhelpful. I have been requesting a live person for two days with absolutely no response. Technically, the app has been highly inconsistent. I previously dealt with glitches where my image DPI would initially register as good, only to change later, forcing me to re-download and re-upload my photos. Now, I am dealing with a major issue where my personalization collections are no longer showing up on my website, even though they were working perfectly before. The customization tab is there, but the folder of collection photos is failing to populate on my live site altogether. It is incredibly stressful to have a broken storefront and not be able to get a single human being to assist. I cannot recommend this app until they fix their nonexistent support and syncing issues.

I give 3 stars as the customer chat service is unreliable and the AI chatbot is highly disturbing to say the least. It holds off to pass you to human support instead it persists that you share your issue with it, even if you dont feel comfortable doing so.

My business is new so i haven't had a huge number of sales but I love how easy it is to work with - I chose Gelato because their platform is the easiest in which to sell world wide. The way they set it up, my international customers do not pay alot more for shipping or wait a long time because the products are printed in their area- I really value this!

I just wish there were more worldwide products. While Gelato has a ton of apparel options, it would be great to see hardcover and spiral journals as well as higher quality tote bags, Hoping to see more from Gelato soon!
