GemPages has been an essential tool for building and customizing my Shopify store. The flexibility it provides for designing product pages and landing pages is excellent.
I contacted support to help configure all buttons to go directly to checkout with a default quantity of one. Jeremy from the support team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. He provided clear video instructions that made the process very easy to follow.
The issue was resolved quickly, and the support experience was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciate the level of assistance provided.
Highly recommended for both the builder itself and the outstanding customer support.

For sure has bugs and some constraints. But overall best app for page building. Has some other cool features like upsells, bundles, etc. I would say give it a try for your store.

Was having massive issues with my meta pixel and could not figure out a fix, contacted support and got Sarah who was extremely helpful and reassured me that they will get it fixed, got me setup with proper dev support the next day in a specific time slot which i really appreciated, then Ethan contacted me today had the support team in and got it sorted in less than 15 mins, i am baffled by how well the gem pages support conducts themselves and get stuff sorted asap, all of this on only a free plan too, 10/10 service and execution and special thanks to Sarah and Ethan

GemPages is so smooth. Coming from a world of Elementor in WordPress, GemPages is my favorite way to build custom (or with existing CRO sections), and I gotta say, any time I go back to WordPress for other projects and I use Elementor, it feels like I'm going back in time and everything seems outdated. I’ve been using GemPages for a while now and it honestly made page building much easier for my Shopify store. The drag-and-drop editor is simple to understand, even if you’re not a developer. I was able to design product and landing pages exactly the way I wanted without touching code.
The pages look clean, professional, and work well on mobile too. Templates are good, and customization options are more than enough for most stores. It also doesn’t slow down the site, which was a big concern for me.
Support team responds quickly and actually helps when you’re stuck. Overall, it’s a solid app and definitely worth using if you want better-looking pages without depending on a developer.
