I use this app to customize my Ecomsolid theme. Customer service is phenomenal and has always had a solution to any questions. They are efficient and work as a great team. If one didn't know the answer, they would take the time to ask someone who know and got back to me pretty promptly. Definitely didn't expect that! Give it a try. I've learned a lot so far from this app and will continue to use this app!
The support is on point and the app is amazing. I love the app and it is easy to use. I higly recommended it.

The best builder on the shopify store ! They have an amazing support, very reactive and they always find a solution. I'm Using Gempages on all my stores !
the app slow down the website performance, and the worst thing is the the support team, firstly, they reply late, at this moment of this message, they didn't replied to message sent 3 days ago.... all thing is bad, nothing good.

This is a great APP, especially for someone who don't know the coding. and their services are very nice, thanks to Chris, Nicholas and Janie. Hope the GEM can make it better and better.
Amazing customer service. If you don't know how to do something some one will help or even design it for you. Average wait time to hear back from someone is 15 minutes. Great experience with this app.
