GemPages Landing Page Builder

Been using it for a couple of months now and I would be more advanced then most in page building and I must say the amount of bugs on this app is mind-blowing, so much that you would be constantly in contact with customer service and its a shame because its very user friendly but very broken, don't waste your money

Good support service. They help me to solve my problem very fast. Cindy was very helpful and solve my questions.

We've been using GemPages for a week or 2 now and we're finding it to be a really great app with great support. We've been building some new pages and have been able to have every question and road block answered with easy to follow and thorough communication and assistance. So far we haven't had any issues. :)

If you're someone who cares about the quality of their page design, and want to have things EXACTLY how you want them / vision them, GemPages is for you.

I tried two page editors before settling with GemPages. The page builder/editor that GemPages provides MUCH MORE elements. Additionally, every element you add to the page can be customized to the Nth degree, whereas other editors limit what you can actually change.

Lastly, the customer support is second to none. I had two fixes that I could not figure out myself, and the support agent went ABOVE and BEYOND in delivering.

5-stars, hands down.

Do NOT install this app! I uninstalled it because it constantly didn't work. The buggyness was impossible. I spent more time trying to fix issues than anything else, and now on top of everything, even though I have installed it, Gempages continue to bill me. Shopify won't do anything, as it is 'a developer issue' and my emails to this company just get ignored. If you install this app and then don't want it (which you won't because it doesn't work properly, you will be paying for it forever. Be warned.

I used the app to build a landing page, the UX is quite intuitive. The only small thing that was confusing is how to pair a text form with a submit button to capture emails and then to create some pop up after the click.

I'd probably figure it out with a little more research, but it was non-essential at that stage, so I skipped that part.

Overall, the customer service reps are heartwarming people, helped to resolve any troubles quite fast.

Love this app, very easy to use and learn, the guys even extended my trial on request so that's a 6-star company to me. They're always responding to issues and solving them fast.
