Not a big fan of page builders typically - always better to build out your pages manually in my opinion. However, Gem Pages are great for people who need to produce landing pages and blog posts and they lack the technical knowledge to code these pages.

It is easy to use and builds beautiful landing pages and blogs. So why 4 stars? I would have given it 4.5 if it was possible. The only negative I have with Gem pages is a lot of the code that does not follow best practices for SEO. While this would have been a non-starter for me, the Gem Pages service team is great for editing the changes that we see fit. They communicate well with you and have solved all my issues same day as requested. I have mostly dealt with Walter, but the rest of the team is great as well.

This app, along with customer support help me a lot. My site was very basic, an they have loads of options to change that. Only thing is it wasn’t as easy as drag & drop. Once I got the hang of it my trial was over. Hopefully my store makes money soon, an I can get a plan to continue changes. I would recommend.

The product can take a little getting used to, just like all things Shopify. But I love the support. They're always responsive and helpful. It definitely makes up for any issues I've experienced with the product. The other products I've tried had the same issues, but no support or support is not helpful. As a non-technical person, having someone I can ping is so so important. I really appreciate how quickly the support team responds and how they really do want to help you all the way through.

awesome support and an ok page editor, user experience can get better - but it cover with an amazing support team that will help you with that experience. they told me they keep evolving and I believe them. the top editors in market are all awful if to be honest - and this one is floating above them by very little. but again - the support that it comes with, makes it one of the better ones. cant wait for their next evolution so I can give them 5 stars with my heart. 4 stars is on for the AMAZING SUPPORT. the rest is 3 stars.

Much better than the Shopify native page editor, but the amount of bugs in the app doubled the amount of time I needed to use it effectively. Although the functionality when working properly is quite robust, the bugs make it extremely frustrating to use effectively, not to mention the amount of time it takes fixing things that shouldn't need a work around. The customer service does go far and above, doing their best to solve any issue with the UI - for this I have edited my review

This app actually a not bad page builder for Shopify compare with most of the similar app. But if it's a bit limit for the starter plan user, it would be really great if the starter plan user could get more basic features. :)

Great app to use, although it has some limited features for responsive screens.

Great Customer Support, I contacted them several times for various issues, and they were able to help out themselves or pass on the issue to the rest of the team who then solved my issue.

Super complete, it is necessary to be a minimum connoisseur in webdesign to master easily this kind of application but after some tuto the results are incredible, what to really put its stores towards another level.
The customer service is also very professional, we have here an application dedicated to real people in the business and it's a pleasure to be part of it :)

This app's support is great - really quick solutions when things go wrong. The app in general has improved over the last year with new features and updates. However, it can be glitchy at times but this may be because we work on a complex theme. With simple Shopify themes, this app would be great and it really easy to use.

The app has a decent selection of templates but ended up not needing it. It is a little expensive so I would only recommend for businesses that will use it often.
