Every time I’ve reached out, they’ve responded quickly, professionally, and always with a solution that works perfectly and they helped me adding a lot of sophisticated custom codes that if you ask a coder will charge you a sum for it, they just help you adding it for free!. You can truly feel that they care about helping you succeed, and that level of support is priceless.

The app is really amazing once you get over the learning curve. It took me about two tries before understanding how things work. Annie from customer service was amazing. I had an issue with how it looked when I published a product page, but they were able to fix the issue in no time. I would definitely recommend this app. So many choices for pages. So incredible.

Non-programmer friendly and incredible support! I'm not a software developed. GemPage builder has made everything so easy to work with. Whenever I need to modify the website, I can make most of the changes on my own. If I run into any issues, their support is always there taking me through the process. Absolutely fantastic product.

It took me a minute to learn how every feature on Gempages works but once you're used to it, it's amazing! You can create a very customised website and the support team helped me solve every single problem or doubt I had, which were quite a few. I only used it for a specific landing page to test it out, but I'm positive I will get the premium version later on. I'm very very pleased!
