Mona from Gempages support along with the dev team was fantastic. Any problems we've faced, have gotten solved quickly and professionally. Big recommendation, great product and even greater support!
It is a scam they steal your money never subscribe !!!
They will never give you a refund or youw ould be able to downgrade your plan, once you subscribe !

I love gempages, you can make many customizations and the customer service is very efficient and they help you with everything, Annie is always willing and very accurate in her help
I have not started the app yet, I was very impressed with what I saw and how I could transform my pages with relative ease, but I had some initial question so I went to the chat feature. Initially it came back with the message that I would get a reply in a few hours...HOURS? I began to read some information on the page and Pauline came within MINUTES...Phew!
Pauline answered my questions, gave me some links I could follow and assured me that they would always be available for assistance as well to walk us through an issue. Enough said...I am moving forward!

GemPages es excelente, no soy ningún experto en diseño, pero la interfaz está hecha para cualquier usuario, claro que hay que practicar y aprender, pero todo es muy intuitivo, y lo mejor cualquier duda que tengas está el apoyo de los asesores quienes te brindan asesoramiento total, en especial Jane. Recomiendo esta app
The gempages plug-in is very, very important to my work. It is the most important partner in making web pages! Especially their customer service team. When I have any questions, as long as their customer service appears, all my problems will be solved! This is an experience I have never had before using so many plug-ins. Moreover, their plug-ins are very smooth and have an automatic saving function. You don’t need to worry about any web pages crashing and causing your pages to be lost. They are really too powerful.
The people working on the chat are always so helpful and friendly - keep up the good work!
