I'm currently in the build out phase of my store, which I used the Shopify theme to design all of my pages, but something was missing, my site appeared boring and uneventful to me. It was not the way I wanted to present my launch, nor represent my brand. I had seen this app and didn't initially want to pay for the service. So here it is right before a soft launch, with tons of other task to complete, I decided to install the app and check it out for the 7 day trial. I downloaded an app prior to this one for the same intended purpose, but because of the difficulty it presented with my time frame, I felt that it wasn't for me, and uninstalled it.

I'm in the process of recreating my Home Page, and my store came alive. It looks professionally done! One of the elements that stuck out to me, and there are many, but the fact that instead of everything being confined to the center of the page with space on both sides was not desirable. My site now spans across the whole page! The generic look is gone!!

I must speak of the customer service. I installed this app about 12 am, immediately there was a rep on the chat to assist with any issues that I had during the initial installation as well as to answer any questions with regards to use of the designing modules. I sent a chat later in the morning and they may have been gone, but in a timely fashion, I received an email addressing all of my concerns that I left in the chat. So this evening when I logged in, guess who was there, one of their awesome team members, sending me a request to enter the admin of my site to walk me through some of the questions I asked.

I'm not a smoke blower! They really have an awesome product as well as an awesome team! Response time was on point. If your building out a store, I'm sure you know how important response time is especially when revising your entire store:)! I will update my post after launch and update my review as to how everything performs, etc... I read reviews to make a partially informed decision when selecting a product, I hope this one helps you! Great app and even greater support. Everytime I need something I go directly to chat and one of the wonderful people there help me in no time. We'll definitely keep using it for a long time. Thank you!

Incredible app, everything works perfectly, but the most amazing thing is customer service, this app is a must have!!

This app is the one I use the most for my e-Commerce store. Creating landing page or product templates, collection template is really easy - no need to learn code. And now with A/B testing it's even more fun. I needed support once, they responded within 24 hours and fixed my problem quickly. Iove it.

Fairly easy to use, easy to make wide variety of web pages. A few glitches but customer service is always very responsive which is appreciated. Hope it continues to improve and grow. Will continue using it when for a quick and clean webpage.

Always able to get a prompt response from their customer service. It's really great to have someone help set me up with pages and products every time I need it.

I've been using this app for a few months and absolutely love it! I can easily change the look of my store, product page, etc without any coding. On top of that, they have other great tools to use in the app. Also, the customer service is superb! They responded back quickly and fixed any issues I had. I highly recommend this page builder app!

I did a lot of research to get started and tried different themes until I became acquainted with gempages . This was a truly extraordinary event. I had no acquaintance with building a site. It is very easy to work with gempages . The support team is excellent and well-mannered and will answer all my questions well.
