I have been stuck on a lot of problems as I am very new to all of this and GemPage app is so much easier to use that others. Most importantly, the support team is above everybody else on any other app I have used. They are fast, and really do their best to provide the answer to the issue/problem. As I said I have been stuck on multiple problems creating my website and GemPages Support was with me all the way!

Es ist meiner Meinung nach die beste App hier in Shopify für Shop Designs. Es gibt sehr viele Vorlagen um den Online Shop schöner zu machen. Der Kundenservice ist sehr schnell und sehr bemüht, dazu noch freundlich und sie schaffen es jedes problem zu lösen. Kann ich nur weiter Empfehlen

Such a handy tool, has made managing and editing my website so much easier and more efficient. Great for multi platform and channel design and no coding experience necessary.
I like these guys! Gem pages make your life so much easier and you don't even have to code much. Believe me, I know how to do coding but I don't want to spend so much time doing it while I can work on my actual store.
I had a few issues because I didn't know how to use the app but they were so responsive, weekend/weeknights etc. I will continue to use them for my store

Having a really hard time with page load speeds. I have done everything possible with reducing image files sizes and having both mobile and desktop versions. Removed all JS and other apps. But this I cannot get any of these gem pages to speed up. It takes longer to load than my native theme. This is so embarrassing, I feel sorry for my customers and not getting any help from support. Looks like I will be removing this app.
Not everything works perfectly from the beginning and you have to adjust a dozen times until it's perfect (e.g. spaces or the transition from desktop to mobile version) but the support is great! Always kind and very helpful. I guess in a while when all bugs are fixed it deserves 5 stars ;)
