Highly recommend working with GemPages. I was originally using PageFly and they were too costly for me to justify the price. Then I moved to Pagetify, but there wasn't good customer support. So then I moved to GemPages and the customer support is phenomenal. Very thorough and even recorded their screen so they could teach me how to make every detail work that I was aiming for. They worked with me 1:1 for over 2 hours and now I am finally excited about my website. I am so glad I was working with Tony to getting my collection pages cleaned up, home page polished, footer created, a few other landing and policy pages updated so it is cohesive with the website. They are also trying to help me integrate a few 3rd party apps. Huge win. I am so happy! 10/10 recommend.

After trying all the major competitors, I can confidently say that GemPages stands head and shoulders above the rest! From the moment I began using the app, I noticed how much more robust and feature-packed it was compared to the others.

The customer support team? Phenomenal! Every time I’ve reached out, they’ve responded quickly, professionally, and always with a solution that works perfectly and they helped me adding a lot of sophisticated custom codes that if you ask a coder will charge you a sum for it, they just help you adding it for free!. You can truly feel that they care about helping you succeed, and that level of support is priceless.

As for the app itself, it’s a game changer for anyone serious about increasing their conversion rates. The variety of widgets included in GemPages is incredible—there’s no need for additional apps to clutter or slow down your code. Everything you need is already built in, and the flexibility it offers is unmatched.

And I must highlight the post-purchase sales funnel feature! This addition alone has boosted my sales significantly, and I didn’t even have to download extra apps to get it going. It’s all there, in one streamlined platform, making everything so much easier to manage.

I am relatively new when it comes to building, editing, and revising websites, so there was a bit of a learning curve to say the least. However, after almost a year in, I know enough to be dangerous--and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Their saving grace is their customer service, however. Super responsive, kind, and willing to get to the bottom of any issue (which with me, there's a lot-ugh). Sometimes it's not always the answer you were hoping for, but GemPage's staff and customer support are usually kind and understanding while not stopping until they find clarity.

I've been using GemPages Page Builder and overall, I'm quite pleased with it. The software is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which makes designing pages a breeze. There are a few minor bugs and usability issues here and there, but nothing that significantly hampers productivity. Of course, there's always room for improvement, and I hope to see some of these quirks ironed out in future updates.

What really sets GemPages apart, though, is their customer service. The team is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Special shoutout to Liam, who consistently goes above and beyond—I’d rate his service 5 stars!
