Fantastic support team. Has never let me down!

There are shopify apps and then there is Gempages, they have completely separated themselves from the competition with a friendly easy interface and a customer service and tech team that I haven't experienced in years. They will work diligently to find a solution and their response time is incredible. In a sea of shopify apps I strongly suggest you start with Gempages!

I've really enjoyed using gem pages. It has made making my website super easy. The builder is pretty intuitive and easy to use, and I preferred theirs over a couple others I've tried. Plus, it's really easy to create section templates so I can drag and drop my own already configured preferences. I did have a few issues with my theme clashing with the CSS starting out, but they resolved my issues really quickly, and now I have a wonderful working site that I was able to make myself. I'm so glad their support is quick and responsive!

We've been using gempages on multiple stores and I must say, hands down the best drag & drop builder. What makes gempages amazing is the freedom you have in creating your store. Definitely brings out your creative side. Another thing worth mentioning is the customer support. They are incredible. Always fast and helpful. I am using GemPages for all stores I have since years. The support is always geat, and knows really what to do! They write codes for you, guiding everything with screenshots, create templates for you, absolutely great. I have never experienced such a great support in an app ever!

Honestly one of the best apps there is on Shopify. The team members are very kind, quick, and helpful. The app itself is VERY VERY customizable but easy to understand. You can change alter an element to have different settings for mobile or desktop, which is a nice touch. The app is very well built and easy to read/navigate.
