Guys ... this is the real deal!
never left an app review after 6 years on shopify, but this one is a 10/10
very comprehensive set of functions, sleek pages, tech support was on live chat and actually helpful! they sort it out rather than passing you to email ticket support (shout out to Mona:) and they're onto something with the ai page builder tools that need a little bit of tweaking but definitely gave me some good head starts.

My only suggestion would be to add a "layers" type field in the left tab of the editor. A few times i struggled to change small sections of background colours or margin sizes because the elements are sometimes tightly overlapped (section/row/product etc) and hard to figure out exactly what needed the edit. I figured it out, but took a little longer than I would have liked.

An excellent page builder overall.

The builder itself is great. Very intuitive and fairly easy to use, especially if you have used page builders before. Great UI and pretty flat learning curve. But the biggest value is the service. I have worked with customer service teams on a lot of apps and the Gempages team (Tony, Kyle, Miley and Ken) is one of the best I've ever encountered. They were helpful, resourceful and incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond and I was just delighted. 100% worth it.

Annie, and Tom were the absolute best. GemPages truly has the best customer service I've seen in a long time and I am grateful. They have gone above and beyond for all of my needs and concerns.

Tony was really good at figuring out what was the issue and really dive in to solve the issue for me and he is also very responsive . I really like the service provided by Tony!

Der Support ist sehr kompetent und hat uns schon sehr oft weit über das hinaus geholfen, was sie eigentlich machen sollten. Kürzlich hatten wir ein Tracking-Problem auf einer unserer Seiten. Die Entwickler von GemPage haben uns geholfen und aufgezeigt, woher der Fehler kommt. Das ist kein Einzelfall, wir erhalten immer Unterstützung und Hilfe. Einfach nur TOP!!! Weiter so!
