This App and the GemPages support team are literally amazing. It's a very feature rich, powerful App yet easy to use and truly makes building a website very intuitive. Speaking with Chris and Janie was so supportive, they stayed with me for every last question and took the time to login and help with elements when needed. In the midst of being super busy last night Janie went above and beyond to help with every last detail of my questions. As someone who has a little bit of experience with Wordpress but still very much a novice, I would not have been able to build what I have in such a short period of time without this App integrated with Shopify. For anyone getting started with either a simple or expansive and feature-rich site, GemPages can handle it and you won't be pulling your hair out, you'll actually enjoy the process. You can rest assure you're in good hands with this App and their team. This is how web-site building and support should be, thank you so much to the developers and the staff!
April 2023 - I had some issues with displaying liquid reviews from Shopify Product Reviews App in addition to old testimonies I didn't want to lose on products no longer available in my shop but very valuable for customers. They were amazing at providing answers and fixes and giving me great options for design using their templates. Thank you GemPages!!
GemPages is an app that we can definitely recommend to anyone currently part of the Shopify community looking for a smoother web page building experience. We've used CMS platforms such as WordPress and Joomla in the past but decided to move over to Shopify for e-commerce purposes which in our opinion is a safer and better option to integrate payment processing solutions without much of a hassle and in the beginning, using Shopify without GemPages was much more challenging without a doubt. I hope the GemPages team continues growing since it is very evident they have created a truly promising business solution which only has opportunity for even bigger and better things to come. In addition, the technical support team is by far the best I've seen in years. Thank you guys!

Gempages is HANDS-DOWN the best page builder app for Shopify. I tried them all before finding the treasure that is Gem. Not only does this page builder do everything you could possibly want it to, the support is unreal. Once you get started, you'll never want to let this app go I promise! I've build every single product, blog post, landing page and home page with Gem. 5 stars isn't enough!

Amazing support, super easy to use. Great for new store owners and veteran ones. Nothing bad to say. Had a support agent fix 3 of my problems in literally 20 minutes. Harry is a fantastic helper.
Mona gave such excellent service and solutions. I communicated the issue with screenshots, and she understood right away what needed to be done by fixing the code for me, following through on the results, and offering solutions that I didn't even hope to get fixed. She also sent fun gifs and emojis, which made the overall interaction fun and pleasant. Thanks Mona!
