Great customer service (Leo). They answered very quickly and they found solutions. This app is easy to use.
The core function is excellent and you're really only limited by your imagination. Support is also very helpful and understanding. I do think there could be more support material, particularly around how Gem Pages works with product pages, sub-pages, themes and Shopify so you're given more of an overview of how everything links together. It's perhaps taken for granted that you know all that so I lost days trying to get to grips with that - hence the loss of a star. Overall, very good and will be using again.

This app actually a not bad page builder for Shopify compare with most of the similar app. But if it's a bit limit for the starter plan user, it would be really great if the starter plan user could get more basic features. :)

We used this to create landing pages specifically to generate marketing funnels. After using LeadPages before, we had reasonably good experience with building sites and landing pages so we did find this easy to use. However, I think if we had been brand new to this, it would have been a tricky.
This app helped me a lot in building a professional looking website. They have great customer service and a easy-to-use function!

I think this app will be beneficial. There are plenty of videos and printed text to explain things. It's just there is so much to get a handle on. The chat help function is slow to get connected to someone to help out. Once I did get someone to help me, he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions quickly.

Good app, Only negative thing is that building large pages with many product slows the page, but Shopify problem.
