今の所、日本語対応していませんが、FAQページは自動的に日本語に翻訳されるようになっていて、とても効率は良いです。（ただまぁ、ちょっと自然な日本人によるガイダンスが欲しいところではある。でもShopifyのヘルプより読みやすい。）
サポートのメンバーはメッセージを日本語で送っても翻訳して英語で送っても、とても親切に答えてくれます。もっと日本人ユーザーの解説動画が増えれば、嬉しいですね。
