There's way more flexibility editing in Gem Pages than in other builders we've used. It's nice to be able to get the site looking exactly how we want it. Customer service is professional and personable. Definitely recommend.
Fantastic support with 3rd party integration question. Trying to move my pages to Gempage format and support was great in helping understand how to keep an app that I like using.

Hands down, the BEST drag and drop page builder. Easy to use, lots of options, and even greater support! Can't wait for the file upload option to be added.

GemPages is incredible and is an absolute MUST. I wouldn't do Shopify any other way. It really helps you optimize/design pages depending on each of the 4 view modes (desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile). And not only that, customer support was fantastic and so helpful with answering all of my questions.
This app is super easy to use. If you have any questions regarding anything, you will be getting live support from staff that will solve your problem. Works perfectly for my site!
