Very fast and accurate support, it's simply amazing!
Just downloaded gempages recently, It has many great features on the website for landing pages I wanted to make. The platform is easy to use in my opinion after browsing through the sections. I had an issue with my pages loading and I spoke with emerald in customer support via chat and had a great customer experience. He made it very easy to follow steps and escalated my issue to be resolved very fast and was extremely helpful.
Support is very good and so is the app.
Love this solution, It is robust and fast. There is no better way to build pages on Shopify and I use this on many sites.
Puede parecer un poco complicada de utilizar al principio, pero una vez le coges el truco es muy intuitiva y se pueden hacer página de producto muy bueno, personalmente a nivel de atención al cliente ha sido un 10 contestan muy rápido y siempre con una respuesta detallada a tu duda o problema. Sin duda recomiendo usar gempage si vas a facturar o quieres facturar

Everything seems to work fine, until you finish your design and realise that the desktop layout doesn't sync (pictures missing or different pictures added, sizing wrong, columns layout wrong, text different sizes) with the tab layout and mobile layout, which you have to go in and tweak individually, but then realise those tweaks do sync with the desktop layout, so you have to individually mark sections in the advanced tab one by one to not display on the desktop or tab layout if you're tweaking the mobile layout specifically. It's the weirdest workflow I've ever seen and suck up hours as you check each detail to see which ones synced and which ones didn't.

GemPages follows responsive web design principles, which means certain elements such as text styles are synchronised across devices by default unless adjusted using specific device settings. In your case, the text size behaviour and button width settings were working as designed, but required configuration through the responsive controls.

Great customer service. I needed help for the 2nd time now and the in-built chat gets me a service agent within like 2 minutes to talk and help. They even provide video´s for every step to make it easier and what i love most is that they don´t use AI agents like most apps
