Gempages has been vital for designing our Shopify website. Not only does it make it easy to customize, but the support chat has been nothing short of amazing. Morgen and Tony and crew always respond quickly and fix any issues or concerns I bring up.

Have been using the app since a long time now. The visual editor is just flawless and have made some world class designs throughout. The support is great and swift. Special thanks to Harry for solving my queries everytime! Keep up the great work.

Other ratings here are about how good something works, and indeed GemPages does a good job. But what really matters to me is also what happens when something doesn‘t work. Here, the custumer support really comes to shine. In a really friendly manner you can be sure that your problem will be solved.

He even followed up the next day to ask if everything was going well. The responsiveness and expertise of the support team really stands out. I'm very pleased with my experience using GemPages and would highly recommend it to others.

Gempages is a super app for site building and customization. I have worked on multiples shopify themes but this app is better than all you don't need nothing else !

And for the support I can say it's hard to find better : they are fast and very helpfull !

I've used a lot of page editors (like 4-5) but GemPages is my favourite. Even tho I'm not the best site builder, I've been able to create somewhat beatuful site :) I mean you can always improove right.
And when ever I needed any help their support was always here for me even a 2AM. Which is much appriciated. The team is absolutely lovely especially Rachel and Tom!
