I've been a paying customer for about two months and waited until I got a good sense of Gempages' support before I wrote anything. I was a little skeptical of all these good reviews but the support/dev team has been nothing short of amazing. It's like their on my team, literally. Anything I needed help with-- including custom work-- they didn't hesitate to provide and, quickly (even with my asian time zone). They deserve all the praise they've gotten. Upgrade, it's worth it.

I use Gempages since a week and had some issues which where solved perfectly. Sometimes you need a little bit patience until they answer. But then it works great. I used pagefly before and changed to Gempages because it works smoother for me and they have some very interesting features pagefly doesn´t have.

Perfect builder for easy website/webshop drag and drop design! The AI feature really helps to finetune everything you need! And the overall support is one of the best I have ever experienced!

I had an urgent issue with my shopping cart link and received a super quick response from the GemPages team. Everyone I spoke to was really eager to help me and solve the issue. It took less than 24 hours for it to be resolved by the tech team. Can only recommend this app and especially their support team.

Very simple to use app with lots of useful features. It basically has almost everything you'd need for a e-commerce store, and for the things that they don't have, apps are easy to integrate.

Best thing about GP is their customer support I'd say. We've had like 5 problems we needed help with so far and every time (literally) they answered in less than 30 min and within an hour or two our problems were solved.

Definitely would recommend.

Intuitive, easy to learn and unlike so many other apps the support is sharp, attentive and provides solutions very quickly!

Easy to use, can create advanced and intricate pages, and can quickly help resolve issues if you run into problems asking staff - recommended.
