GemPages Landing Page Builder

If you are planning a website that is international and want it to be available in various languages ie use a translation app such as langshop, then gem pages is NOT for you. As I found out today.

I have used gem pages for months, and recently uploaded the langshop app to be able to offer my website in russian etc for our overseas clients, while the menus translate, the pages created using gem pages do not.

When I contacted the gem help, this is their response...

"It's a pity that Gempages does not compatible with this app.
Currently I have been supporting many multiple languages shop
and most of theme chose to create different shopify stores for each languages and sync each other .."

So again, shopify may offer lots of apps, but you need to really make sure that the app makers are offering software that talks to each other, so ask lots of questions, I made the assumption that there was a generic understanding with apps that worked on your shopify store that they would talk and work together, and I am now paying the price for this assumption.

I have honestly never experienced such attentive, concise and well informed service as I have from these guys. Took the business plan to revamp our store and havent looked back yet, this is a MUST HAVE app

Good app, Only negative thing is that building large pages with many product slows the page, but Shopify problem.

The app only shows first 50 pieces of content(blog posts etc) and does not give any option to view the rest of content/pages. When I asked for help it took two weeks to get in contact and Chris was less than professional. Told us to go use the other app SHOGUN if we don't like his services. HA! Thanks for the tip! I would never give this company my business. Doesn't understand written communication and rude!

GemPages is fantastic - it has the most intuitive user interface compared to other page builders and plenty of functionality and flexibility. The customer service is exceptional and I would recommend this to anyone looking to build their store efficiently and effectively :) Thank you!

Takes the hassle out of designing pages. You are not limited to templates anymore with GemPages. Customer support is also excellent.

Very good so far. Fantastic customer service that has been helping me get up to speed on how things work. I arrived clueless - I'm now slightly competent but can see me nailing this very soon.

Love it! The best page builder out there. Completely customizable down to any and every page I need.
