Pauline was very attentive and helped me with my problem quickly.

I had an issue which has been solved by Ken, Harry and Jane. They have been changing each other for two days to keep me always informed during the process. Gempages is a great tool, you almost can do as much as if you were using wordpress. There is still some room for improvement but they are working on it. The support for sure gets 5 stars as they are quick to reply and come up with solutions most of the time!

GemPages is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. The exceptional and fast customer support is a rare find, and it's the key reason I continue using GemPages.

Annie was of extreme help to me , she stayed on chat with me to help me trouble shoot all my tech issues and she also taught me how to correct things myself . I was almost going to give up and switch to a different third party app but because of Annie I will be keeping Gempages . She was truly extremely helpful . thank yo so much Annie for fixing all the issues I couldn't fix .
