I really love the idea and platform, however, tech support never responded to my issues. I downloaded this app because of the positive reviews regarding awesome tech support, but I got zero response. It's a real bummer because I found the app useful for what I need, but if I am going to pay $20/month, I want to know my issues will taken care in a timely manner so my store doesn't lose sales. I lost some money for sure.
Slowed my store down so bad we had to remove the app and have now hired a developer to find and scrape the lever over code. When I installed this app my speed was a 26, after this app was on the site it slowed it down to a 16. The app offers a nice page but bad coding slows your site way down.

I'm sorry to hear the frustration!
The slow speed isn't from GemPages only. We should test them out to identify which factors affecting the speed. Normally you will find on the list apps' scripts, imagery, videos, theme codes, etc..
If you're willing to, please please re-install the app and let us know. Our technical staff is willing to give you a hand to check and explain why.

It's a great app. It's quite easy to use it even you haven't too much IT experience, you can easy to build a beauty online store website. Also, really nice support and professional help, solve my problem quickly.
Zero stars if I could. I installed this and found it didn't provide me the functionality I was looking for so I uninstalled it. Some of the code is still on my site though, so I messaged them about it and got instructions on how to delete it, but they weren't helpful. I haven't been able to get a response out of them since. Now I'm stuck with their code on my site and can't do other things because of it. Arg! Try this on a copy of your site first!!!! There is no support!

Too buggy. It kept conflicting with every other application we use. Duplicated the menu 10xs across all pages. Had to delete our menu app. Then it started putting variations all over collection pages. Waited over 12 hours for help

It does not work properly. Built one page, crashed many times. Moreover, it's hard to refund or unsubscribe! The supporter always says they have over a thousand 5-start reviews that like Amazon are FAKE REVIES.
Great app for customizing Product page and Any Landing Pages. Good Job! And for the Live Support it is easy to communicate and fast response.
Love this app. I use it for every store I run. Has served me very well. Their new A/B testing feature along with their fully-customizable designs is a game changer for CRO.
Constant lag throughout, spent 3 hours trying to create a single landing page. Saving feature won't always work either, lost half of my work and had to restart again. The biggest issue is the LAG! I have the newest windows computer with a core i7 chip, this is ridiculous. Constantly waiting just to type a single message, very disappointed and support cared too much about their lunch rather than helping.
We are really sorry to hear that, your issue was affected by a 3rd parties app, after Investigating, we have been released an update for it. You are among very small group of users who have been experiencing this problem. I really hope if you could take some time to check it out. All working fine now! :)
I had the app active for 2 days. As i was on another project at the same time i realized i rushed too much to activate it and reached out the Gempages support to ask if i can stop it and keep the rest of the trial.
I received positive answer that i won't loose the rest and i can come back to the app whenever i'm ready. I deactivated the app after this email on the 2nd day of using it.
A week later i received an email stating my trial has expired, when i actually had not used it and for already 4 days i keep writing to their support but nobody cares to reply back!!!
Updating my review, as i was contacted by the support and given a good proposition/solution.
Will be able to evaluate the service itself, once i start using it.
