Been spending more time in GemPages and EcomSolid than I'd like to admit...

Chris, Tina, Cindy, Janie... Have all been wonderfully helpful in constructing the home page and landing page of my dreams. It's a bit of a learning curve (like anything else) but they are there to help you troubleshoot through every step of the way and even have helpful instructional videos!

The app is intuitive to use, and their customer services are AWESOME. Prompt and helpful assistance are helping me build the shop.

I've been using Gempages for a while and am always happy with the product and the service. The templates are beautiful and optimized for conversion. It saved me tons of time. The customer support team is quick and has a deep understanding of the product. They solve almost all tickets within several hours, sometimes minutes.

It's a great app to build product pages, I can do all custom designs for different elements, so it can meet our requirements.
BTW, Customer Service is good, but can respond quicker.

Changed my rating from 3 starts to 5 stars because Chris finally accommodated me and helped me troubleshoot my issues with the app. Few of our shop's pages are designed using GemPages and they all seem to work really well. Thank you :)

I like the app, however, it's the customer support I really hate! I've been trying to ask for help from Christ for almost 2 weeks now, and every time he replies, he would tell me that he's busy with a previous ticket he's received and "will get back to me after", but the problem is I never heard from him again, so I failed to edit my Shopify page in time for our website launch.

Very helpful. I didn't know what to do, and the person not only responded in a timely manner but literally did exactly what i needed and then made a video on how i can replicate it in the future. So amazing! 5 stars

A few weeks ago, the company I'm working in, changed their shopsystem to Shopify.

We're selling most of our products (nutrition supplements) over a lot of backend funnels. Therefore we need conversion optimized sales & landingpages.

Gempage was the only plugin we found for Shopify, which has excactly the features like we had in our selling process before.

Once we needed a special feature, which was not available in Gempage.
So, I asked the support, if they can programm it for us.
Two days later, our requested feature was included into Gempage.

The most intuitive website builder for Shopify I have used. Support is very responsive and can provide custom liquid for you which is huge. Would recommend for any serious ecommerce business

It's the best app. Although there was a problem with compatibility with the theme I used. They did their best to solve all the problems quickly.
