I’m really happy with GemPages Landing Page Builder! The user-friendly interface makes it incredibly easy to create and customize pages with full design flexibility. It’s a great tool for anyone looking to build high-converting pages without needing advanced coding skills.

What impressed me the most, though, was the customer support. I reached out to the support team regarding an issue, and Ken provided exceptional assistance. Not only did they quickly identify and fix the problem, but they also implemented custom adjustments to match my specific needs. The technical team even resolved CSS conflicts and optimized the page layout exactly as I requested.

It is a great builder, and it is easy to understand how to use it compared with other builders we tried for our store. Also, they have excellent customer support, which tries to find solutions if you stick with some problems.

I love this app, makes customisations so easy! If you encounter some challenges, customer support is always there to assist, I get a feeling of real accountability there, as every support agent I've chatted to has given me the confidence they are on it, and pull in all their best available resources to help fix the issue. For instance, I had an issue with product list, I wanted to mirror my theme settings, they took the layout and design from the theme and created custom code for me to put into my section. Big shoutout to the G.O.A.T - Ken who helped me earlier on this and another issue!

Working with GemPages has been an upgrade to using only the Shopify editor. I recently reached out to the help team, and I was able to resolve my problem in 5 minutes that included updated coding and a video on how to make the changes.
